What better way to finish off any summer lunch or dinner with this fantastic refreshing dessert.
Place 200g blueberries in a pan with 2tbsp caster sugar and 2tbsp water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the berries start to burst. Remove from the heat and cool. Meanwhile, lightly whip 300ml double cream until just beginning to thicken (reserve 4tbsp for decoration), fold in 200g pot of Good for you! Natural Fromage Frais and the blueberries. Spoon into serving glasses and top with the remaining cream and blueberries. Finish off with biscuit sticks.
